PINs are numeric only and must be at least 4 digits long
A number cannot be repeated three or more times in a row (e.g. 1111 will not work). A set of up to four characters cannot be repeated two or more times (e.g. 12341234 will not work)
Create Your PIN
- Go to My Account.
- Enter your library card number and then click on Submit to be given the option to create a PIN.
Change Your PIN
When logged into your account, you will find an Edit PIN button in the My Account section. The resulting popup asks you to enter your existing PIN and then enter a new PIN.
If you do not remember your current PIN, you can find a Forgot your PIN? link on the login page. Upon entering in your barcode on the following page, you will receive an email with a link to where you can reset your PIN.
Cardholders without email addresses will need to contact library staff to edit their PINs.
